This article will show you how to utilize the category Bulk Actions. This allows you to modify multiple categories all at one time.
Bulk Actions
- Move to Album: Move the chosen photos into an album
- Publish: Makes photos publicly viewable
- Unpublish: Makes photos not viewable by the public
- Delete: Removes photos from the system
- Decline: Decline author-submitted photos
Who can use this feature?
Instructions
- Navigate to Modules > Content > Photo Gallery
- Click on the album
- Select the photos you want to apply a Bulk Action to
- Note: You can select an entire album by checking the box next to the album name
- Expand Bulk Actions
- Select a Bulk Action
- Move to Album: Move the chosen photos into an album
- Publish: Makes photos publicly viewable
- Unpublish: Makes photos not viewable by the public

Delete: Removes photos from the system
- Note: Photos must be unpublished before they can be deleted
- Decline: Decline author-submitted photos
- Bulk Actions will immediately take effect

I don't seem to have check boxes beside my images; I would LOVE to be able to use the bulk actions!
