This article will show you how to view archived employees or departments in the Staff Directory.
Who can use this feature? System Administrator | Owner
Instructions
Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Staff Directory
Select Show Archived
Use the filters to find the specific items
Start and End Dates: Allows you to filter by dates
Start and End Times: Allows you to filter by times
Display: Allows you to filter by category, item, or both
Reason: Allows you to filter by reason
Archived items will show below the filter
Archives Hidden: Archives are hidden from the front end, typically because they are unpublished
Archives Visible: Archives are visible on the front end
