Who can use this feature?
Instructions
Navigate to Modules > Content > Document Center
Select the folder that holds the outdated document
Find the item that is out-of-date
Next to the item, select Actions > Archive

This is a great article about how to archive a document. I'm wondering what happens to the document once archived. I can click "Go to Archives" to see it, and see a Publicly Visible and Publicly Hidden section. I can't tell what the difference between those is, because it seems the document isn't visible or searchable in either section.
I have the exact comment/question that Greta posted. Where can we get a better idea of what Publicly Hidden/Visible means when it comes to the Document Center Archive feature? I too am unable to figure out the difference between those two. If there was an easy way to move existing items from Document Center to a publicly visible archive, it would be a big help in terms of ADA-compliance.
