This article will show you how to view archives in the Document Center.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Document Center
    navigate to the document center module
  2. Select the folder you would like to view archives of
    select a folder
  3. Select Go to Archives
    go to archives button
  4. View the Archives
    view the archives
    • View All Archives: This allows you to view all archives for the document center
    • Filters
      • Keyword: Allows you to search by keyword
      • Archived: Allows you to search by date or by the week, 2 weeks, month, or year
      • Display: Allows you to search by the latest version, folders, or documents
      • Reason: Allows you to search by published, expired, manual, modified, unpublished
    • Publicly Visible: Shows the archives that are visible to the public
    • Publicly Hidden: This shows the archives that are hidden from the public
    • Actions
      • History: This allows you to view the history of the item
      • Copy Link: This allows you to copy the link
      • Preview: This allows you to preview the item

    I've been experimenting with this today and cannot figure out where the public would be able to view the archived documents.

    There's an option in the Document Center folders to "show archive" which I have enabled for a test folder. I've also made sure it's publicly visible as described above. However, I cannot find where the document or folder are available to the public. Where would I see archived document center items/folders?
