This article will show you how to view messages from a list.
Who can use this feature?
Instructions
- Navigate to Modules > Content > News Flash
- Select View Email Lists
- Find the list you would like to view messages from
- Select Choose an Action > View Messages
- Messages will show on the screen
- Sender Name: Shows who sent the message
- Email Subject: Displays the subject of the email
- Status: Shows the status of the message
- Send Date: Shows the date it was sent

What would be helpful here is if there were a way to see all of the news flash emails that have been sent. I expected to see them when I choose "view messages," or even "show archived," but they aren't there.
