Bulk Actions for Items in Archive Center

This article will show you how to use bulk actions for items in the Archive Center.

 

Who can use this feature?

Engage_-_System_Admin.png Engage_-_Slash.png Engage_-_Owner.png Engage_-_Slash.png Engage_-_Publisher.png

 

 

Bulk Actions include:

  • Publish Marked: Publishes items
  • Reject Marked: Rejects submitted items
  • Unpublished Marked: Unpublishes items
  • Submit Marked: Submits drafts for approval
  • Archive Marked: Archives items
  • Delete Marked: Deletes items (must first be unpublished)

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Archive Center

  2. Select a category

  3. Select items you want to apply bulk actions

    • Note: To select all published/unpublished items, check the box on the top header.
  4. Select your desired bulk action at the bottom of the page

    • Note: If you delete or archive, you must first respond OK to a pop-up.

    If you can Bulk - Archive in Document Center, how about adding Bulk - Restore for when you have somehow included more than intended? I don't see that option. It looks like you have to restore one at a time.
