This article will show you how to update the status of a Job Posting.
Instructions
- Select Modules > Content > Jobs
- Select the category the job is in
- Click Actions next to the job you want to update
- Select Actions > Modify
- Scroll down to Additional Details and change the Status
- Open: The job is still open, waiting to be filled
- Closed: The job is now closed for applications
- Filled: The position has been filled
- Canceled: The requisition has been canceled
- Select a Save option at the top of the page
- Save Changes: Will save the changes you made
- Save and Publish: Will save the changes and give the option to send out a notification of any updates.
- Cancel: Will delete the changes
