This article will show you how to view a Submitted Form for a Reservation request.
Instructions
- Sign in to your site
- Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Facilities
- Select the Reservations tab
- Click Actions next to your desired reservation
- Select View Submitted Form
- View the submitted form
Note: You cannot edit this form. If you click Save Changes, nothing will happen.- Event Name: Event name
- Event Details: Brief description of the event

Event Date: Event date and time
- All Day: Indication of an all-day event
- First Name/Last Name: Requester's first and last name
- Email Address: Requester's email address
- Phone Number: Requester's phone number
- List this event as private on the facility calendar: If checked Yes, the event will show as Private
