This article will show you how to add a residential listing from the back-end.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Modules > Content > Real Estate Locator
   
2. Click Actions next to the Seller you would like to add the listing to
   
3. Select Add a Residential Listing
   
   
4. Fill in the listing's information
   
   
   • Listing Information
     • Price: List the price f the property; this is optional
     • For Sale or Rent: Mark if the property is for sale or rent
     • Display: Either set the display date and duration or hide it from the public
     • Feature: Check if you would like to feature this property; this is optional
   • Basic Property Information
     • Owner: List the owner; this will not display to the public
     • Address and County: List the address and county; this is optional
     • Type: Select the type of property
     • Bedrooms: Select the number of bedrooms on the property
     • Bathrooms: Select the number of bathrooms on the property
     • Basement: Select if there is a basement; this is optional
     • Living Area: Enter the square feet of the living space
     • Description: Add a description; this is optional
     • MLS Number: Add the Multiple Listing Service number; this is optional
   • Property Details & Features
     • Neighborhood: Add a neighborhood name; this is optional
     • School District: Enter the name of the school district; this is optional
     • Home Owner's Association (HOA): Enter the name of the HOA; this is optional
     • Annual HOA Fees: Enter the HOA fees; this is optional
     • Taxes: Enter the cost of the taxes; this is optional
     • Lot Size: Add the lot size in acres; this is optional
     • Year Built: Enter the year the property was built
     • Exterior: Enter the type of exterior on the property; this is optional
     • Garage: Add if the property has a garage; this is optional
     • A/C: Enter if the property has an air conditioner and the type; this is optional
     • Heat: Enter if the property has a heating system and the type; this is optional
     • Additional Info: Allows you to add a link address and text; this is optional
     • Features: Allows you to add features; this is optional
   • Photos & Video
     • Photos: Allows you to upload up to 20 photos; this is optional
     • Video: Allows you to add a link to a video; this is optional
5. Choose a saving option
   
   
   • Save Changes: Will save the changes without publishing them to the public side
   • Save and Publish: Will save the changes and publish them to the live site
   • Cancel: Will not save any changes
