Export Facility Reservations

This article will show you how to export Facility Reservations.

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author

 

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Facilities
    Modules menu with Facilities selected.
  3. Select the Reservations tab
    Reservations tab.
  4. Click the Export button
    Export button.
  5. Choose an Export option
    Export action buttons.
    • Export Current View: Will export the entire page you are currently viewing
    • Export Marked Items: Check specific reservations to export
      Reservation checkboxes.
    • Export All Future Items: Export all future reservations
  6. Click OK (on Firefox) to download and open the file
    Download pop-up okay button.
    Note: On Google Chrome, the file will download to your computer without a pop-up. Click on the file to open.
    Downloaded file.
  7. Open and view the exported results
    Open and view results.

    Is it possible for the reservation list to actually show the times of the reservations and the details?  We need to be able to export and print this list/calendar for the guys in the back resurfacing the ice so that they know when they need to flood between games etc.  Not having the reservation times makes it not very useful.  Id rather see the times than the day of submission personally.
