This article will show you how to add the CivicPlus Pay Gateway information to the ePayment Center.
Instructions
- Sign in to your Central site with CivicPlus Single Sign-On
- Navigate to and select the Modules dropdown menu:
- In the Modules dropdown menu, choose the Content tab:
- Select the **ePayment Center** menu option:
- Select the Properties tab:
- Select the Gateways tab:
- Locate the CivicPlus Pay gateway and click the Add An Account For This Gateway button:
- Fill in the information fields:
- Name: The Gateway's account name
- Test Mode: Gets or sets if the gateway account is in testing mode
- Client/Gateway ID (Identifier): A customer's identifier assigned by the gateway
- Client Secret: Client Secret from the CivicPlus Pay Application Programming Interface's (API) Credentials
- API Endpoint: The URL for communicating with the API
- Hide Convenience Fees: Disables convenience fee from displaying for front-end users
- Has Convenience Fees: Check if convenience fees are applied in Web Central
- Click the Save button to add the account:
- Locate and click the Save button (found in the upper right area of your screen):
