Who can use this feature?
This article will show you how to delete a Request.
- Deleting a request is Permanent.
- All sales before July 1, 2020 will have this version of CRT™. If your contract started after this date, please view information for the new CRT package.
- Navigate to Modules > Content > Request Tracker
- Select the Category that contains your Request you want to delete
- Click Actions next to the Request you want to delete
- Select Delete
- Reply OK to the pop-up that says Click [OK] to continue with deleting this request
