Delete a Request in RequestTracker

Who can use this feature?
Overview
This article will show you how to delete a Request.
Important Note
Deleting a request is Permanent.
By default, this option is turned off. To turn this option on, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Support
Instructions
Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker
Select the Category that contains your Request you want to delete
Click Actions next to the Request you want to delete
Select Delete
Reply OK to the pop-up that says Click [OK] to continue with deleting this request
