Who can use this feature?
This article will show you how to delete a Request.
- Deleting a request is Permanent.
- By default, this option is turned off. To turn this option on, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Support
- Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker
- Select the Category that contains your Request you want to delete
- Click Actions next to the Request you want to delete
- Select Delete
- Reply OK to the pop-up that says Click [OK] to continue with deleting this request
