Bulk Actions for Field Sets in Facilities

This article will show you how to use Bulk Actions for Field Sets in Facilities. Bulk Actions include:  

  • Make Active: Make your field set(s) active
  • Make Inactive: Make your field set(s) inactive
  • Delete: Remove field set(s) from your site; must make your field sets Inactive first

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher

 

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Facilities
    Modules menu with Facilities selected.
  3. Navigate to the Field Sets tab
    Field sets tab.
  4. Open the Bulk Actions
    Expand bulk actions.
  5. Select the Field Sets you want to apply bulk actions to
    Field set checkboxes.
  6. Select your desired Bulk Action
    Bulk action buttons.
    Note: If you want to bulk delete Field Sets, you must reply OK to a pop-up that asks Are you sure you want to delete the selected items?
    Confirm delete pop-up, okay button.
