View Existing Reservations

This article will show you how to view existing reservations within your Facilities module.    

 

Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author

 

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Facilities
    Modules menu with Facilities selected.
  3. Select the Reservations tab
    Reservations tab.
  4. Apply View Options
    View options.
    • Display Reservations: 
      • Approved: Publisher/Owner/System Admin approved reservations
      • Submitted: Submitted reservations
      • Declined: Rejected reservations
      • Previous: View past reservations
    • Display Facility: View all or an individual facility's reservations
      • Include Subfacilities: Select to view reservations for all or an individual facility's sub-facilities
        Include subfacilities checkbox.
    • Event Date: Create a From and To reservation date range
  5. Click Apply
    Apply button.
  6. View Reservations
    View reservations.
