It would be GREAT if this is how it actually worked for us, but for some reason, our "Downloads" report shows a couple of random form and image files; absolutely nothing from the Document Center. To this day, we have not been able to find a way to get an analytics report regarding documents in our Document Center. If someone else has a suggestion, I would appreciate it!
Hi Caryn,
Please contact our Support team by chat or email. They will be happy to help you find a resolution to that problem!

Thanks Becca! I have, and he suggested I create a segmented report, which I have done, but it still will not give me the amount of detail this page describes (downloads and unique downloads). My question is why doesn't our site work the way your support page suggests?
Hi Caryn,
I took the liberty to pull up your site on Piwik, set the filter to this year, and clicked the little plus sign next to www.prcity.com and I see documentcenter items. Can you see this as well? If you don't, then we need to reach out to support again because there is an issue.
I also clarified in the article so others don't experience this same issue, and I will continue to update it as we investigate the root cause.
Thank you,

Thanks Becca! I have spoken to our account manager because apparently ours is having problems. I don't get any results month by month (choose August or September 2019). At some point, the analytics stopped working, and we are thinking it was around March. The results you are seeing are for February only.
Caryn,
Thank you for letting me know! I hope everything gets resolved quickly!

I have been using PiWik for my monthly traffic report on my website for about 4 years. This week I went in to put my Feb numbers and have NO data now for any month or year. Can you help me find out what has happened to my data?
