Edit Jobs Settings

This article will show you how to configure Default View Options in the Jobs modules. These options will affect how you see the jobs listed in the back end but will make no difference for front-end site users. 

 

Important Note

  • Any changes made in View Options will not affect these default settings.

System Administrator | Owner | Publisher | Author

 

Instructions

 

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Jobs
    Modules menu with Jobs selected.
  3. Select Settings (gear icon) at the top right of the page
    Job settings.
  4. Select your view options
    Default settings.
      • Sort Jobs By
        • Title: Arrange via alphabetical order
        • Expires On: Arrange by the expiration date
        • Status: Arrange by status (Open, Closed, Filled, etc.)
        • Views: Arrange by number of views
      • Display Jobs
        • Published: Only view published/live jobs
        • Draft: Only view draft/unpublished jobs
        • Expired: Only view jobs that are expired (do not show on the front end anymore)
        • Pending: Only view jobs that are waiting to be accepted or declined
        • Declined: Only view declined jobs
        • Submitted: Only view submitted (by authors) jobs
      • Display Categories
        • Published: Only view published/live categories
        • Draft: Only view unpublished/draft categories
        • Pending: Only view categories that are waiting to be accepted or declined
        • Expired: Only view categories that are expired
        • Submitted: Only view submitted (by authors) categories
        • Declined: Only view declined categories
      • Results per Page: Choose to view 5, 25, 100, or 200 photos per page
  5. Click Save Changes
    Save Changes.
