Bulk Actions in CivicMedia™

This article will show you how to utilize the category Bulk Actions in the CivicMedia™ module. This allows you to modify multiple categories all at one time.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your website solution
2. Click to expand the Modules dropdown:
   
3. Click the Content tab:
   
4. Click the CivicMedia™ option:
   
5. In the CivicMedia™ module, click to select your desired Channel:
   
6. Click the checkboxes to select the videos you want to apply a Bulk Action to:
   
7. Click to expand the Bulk Actions menu:
   
8. Select desired Bulk Action:
   
   
   • Move to Channel: Moves the videos to another channel
   • Publish: Makes videos publicly viewable
   • Unpublish: Makes the videos not viewable by the public
   • Delete: Removes videos from the system
     Note: You must Unpublish videos before you can delete them.
   • Decline: Decline an author-submitted video
9. Bulk Actions will take effect immediately
