Bulk Actions in Request Tracker

This article will show you how to utilize the category Bulk Actions. This allows you to modify multiple categories all at one time.

Bulk Actions

• Publish: Makes videos publicly viewable
• Unpublish: Makes the videos not viewable by the public
• Decline: Decline an author-submitted video
• Delete: Removes videos from the system
  
  • Note: Items must be unpublished before they can be deleted.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Modules dropdown, select the Content tab, and then select Request Tracker:
   
   
2. Select the categories you want to apply a Bulk Action to:
   
3. Click Bulk Actions to expand the Bulk Actions options:
   
   
4. Select a Bulk Action:
   
   
   • Publish: Makes videos publicly viewable
   • Unpublish: Makes the videos not viewable by the public
   • Decline: Decline an author-submitted video
   • Delete: Removes videos from the system
     • Note: Items must be unpublished before they can be deleted
5. Bulk Actions will immediately take effect
