Bulk Actions in Community Voice

This article will show you how to utilize the category Bulk Actions. This allows you to modify multiple categories all at one time.

Bulk Actions

• Publish: Makes categories publicly viewable
• Unpublish: Makes the categories drafts, not viewable by the public
• Delete: Removes categories from the system
• Decline: Decline an author-submitted category

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site
2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Community Voice
   
   
3. Select the initiatives you want to apply a Bulk Action to
   
   
   Note: Click the box next to All Initiatives to select all the categories.
4. Expand Bulk Actions
   
   
5. Select a bulk action
   
   
   • Publish: Makes categories publicly viewable
   • Unpublish: Makes the categories drafts, not viewable by the public
   • Delete: Removes categories from the system
     
     Note: You must Unpublish categories before you can delete them.
   • Decline: Decline an author-submitted category
6. Bulk Actions will immediately take effect
