This article will show you how to view archived messages which have already been sent.
Who can use this feature?
- Navigate to Modules > Content > Notify Me®
- Select the category your message is in or create a new category
- Click Show Archived
- Fill in the information
- Start & End Date: Set your date range
- Start Time & End Time: Set your time range
- Display: Choose to show only Items, Categories, or Both Categories and Items
- Reason: Choose a reason for an item having been archived
- Click Search
- Select the Archived Message that you would like to view
