Enable or Disable the Facility's Calendar

This article will show you how to enable or disable a Facility's Calendar to show on your website. 

 

Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner

 

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Facilities
    Modules menu with Facilities selected.
  3. Select your desired category
    Select category.
  4. Click Actions and then Modify next to the facility you would like to enable a calendar for
    Actions menu modify.
  5. Check the Has Calendar checkbox
    Has calendar checkbox.
  6. Select Save Changes
    Save changes.
    Note: If the Allow Public Reservations option is turned on, you will not be able to disable the public Facility calendar.
