On the front end of your site, you can navigate to your Job Postings section (domain.com/jobs.aspx). There are two tabs you can utilize:
- Government Jobs (default): Use the Government Jobs tab to search through your municipality's employment opportunities. Subscribe to job posting notifications to be automatically alerted of the latest career opportunities by clicking on the Notify Me button.
- Community Jobs: Use the Community Jobs tab to search all area employment opportunities. Subscribe to job posting notifications to be automatically alerted of the latest career opportunities by clicking on the Notify Me button.
- You will have to contact Support to enable this feature.
Through this Job Postings section, you can add a job posting or edit a profile. But, before you can do that, you must click Manage Job Postings and read and agree to our Terms of Service. This article will show you how to view and agree to those terms of service.
Instructions
- Navigate to your front-end Jobs page (domain.com/jobs.aspx)
- Click Manage Job Postings
- Fill in the job's information fields
- Company Information: Before you create your job posting, please tell us about your company. The information below is used for your public company profile that can be viewed by applicants.
- Company (required): Add your company name
- Company Web Site: Add a link to your company's site
- Company Address: Add address information
- HR Contact Name: Add the first and last name of your primary Human Resources (HR) representative
- HR Contact Phone / Email: Add their primary phone and email addresses
- Terms and Conditions: Please read and agree to our terms of service
- I accept these terms of service: Check to indicate you have read and agree to the terms of service
- Company Information: Before you create your job posting, please tell us about your company. The information below is used for your public company profile that can be viewed by applicants.
- Click Register
