Occasionally it may be necessary to change the Request Type of a Request in the Request Tracker. This is possible to do with published and archived Requests.
- All sales before July 1, 2020 will have this version of CRT™. If your contract started after this date, please view the information for the new CRT package.
- Navigate to Modules > Content > Request Tracker
- Select the Category with the Request you want to edit
- Click Actions next to the desired Request
- Click View Details
- Click Category and select the appropriate Category
- Type the Reason for moving the request
- Click Change Category and respond OK to the pop-up prompt
