Copy an Item in Info Advanced

This article will show you how to copy an item in the Info Advanced module. 

 

Who can use this feature?
System Administrator | Owner | Publisher

 

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Select Modules and on the Content tab, select Info Advanced
    Modules, Info Advanced.
  3. Select the category the item is under
    Select category.
  4. Select Choose an Action and select Copy next to the item
    Copy item option.
  5. Modify the item
    Edit item fields.
    • Category: Choose the category for the new item
    • Item Name: Edit the name of the item
    • Display Text: Update the display text for the item
  6. Select a save option
    Save and publish item.
    • Cancel: Will delete all work that was done
    • Save: Will save the changes without publishing them to the live site
    • Save and Publish: Will save the changes and publish them to the live site
