Through the CivicMedia module, you can embed live broadcasts of your Zoom Meetings directly on your site. This article will show you how to set up a CivicMedia/Zoom live broadcast. 

Instructions

1. Create a new channel to Live Stream on CivicMedia
2. After creating a channel, you must get an RTMP URL from TikiLive. To log in to TikiLive, navigate to the "Broadcast Now!" feature of CivicMedia (follow steps 1-4)
   
3. On your TikiLive site, click the Account icon and select Account Dashboard 
   
   
4. Hover over Published Channels and select Go Live to My Channels 
   
   
5. Select the new channel that was created for the Zoom Live Stream in Step 1
   
6. Under Step 3, scroll down to Configure a 3rd Party Video Broadcaster, and click the Information icon (i) next to desired 3rd Party Broadcaster
   
7. In the Information drop-down, select Broadcasting Settings 
   
   
8. This will open a pop-up window with the RTMP Server Address and RTMP Stream Name information needed
   
   
   • Note: Save this information. It is required for the Zoom Custom Live Broadcast.
9. Make sure “Custom Live Streaming Service” is enabled on your Zoom account by navigating to Zoom Settings
   
10. Select the Custom Live Streaming Service checkbox in the In Meeting (Advanced) section
    
    
    • Note: There is a multi-line field that displays right under this setting. This is used to provide instructions to those that use the Custom Live Streaming Service. 
      
    • Note: The TikiLive Channel ID and the CivicMedia Channel ID are not the same. This is showcased later.
11. Go to your Zoom Application and start a New Meeting 
    
12. After setting up the video and audio source of your Zoom meeting, click More and select Live on Custom Live Streaming Service 
    
13. This will open a browser window (or browser tab, if you already have your browser open) and will ask you for the following: 
    
    
    • Streaming URL (RTMP Server Address)
    • Streaming Key (RTMP Stream Name)
    • Live streaming page URL (Full URL from CivicMedia Channel)
14. Select Go Live!
    
    
    • Note: This is the only time you will need to do this. Zoom will save this configuration and will automatically do this process. If the channel is deleted, it will error out and give you the option to reconfigure these settings.
15. A progress bar will appear and, once the stream starts successfully, it will redirect you to the CivicMedia Channel URL used earlier where your Zoom Live Stream will appear on your channel. 
    
    
16. You will also see a notification on your zoom meeting that your meeting is now streaming live on Custom Live Streaming Service
