This article will show you how to decline a Submitted Form for a Reservation request.
Instructions
- Sign in to your site
- Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Facilities
- Select the Reservations tab
- Click Actions next to your desired reservation
- Select Decline
- Enter a reason for declining the reservation (If desired)
Note: If you do not wish to give a reason, leave this field empty. - Select Decline This Item
- The reservation will now appear as Declined

Is the "Decline Reason" information that is sent out to the resident once their reservation is declined? Or is this an internal note only? Is there a way to leave the reason for the resident blank, but have an internal note for reference?
Does the payment automatically get refunded when a reservation is declined?
