This article will show you how to customize the date a Notify Me message is sent from the Web Central (formerly CivicEngage Central) calendar when integrating Agenda and Meeting Select (formerly CivicClerk) calendar events.
Instructions
- Sign in to your site
- Navigate to Modules and on the Content tab, select Calendar
- Select the category the event is under
- Find the event you wish to modify and click Actions
- Select Modify
Note: If the event is recurring, you will be given the option to edit the single event or the entire series.
- This and Following Events: Will take you into the event details where you can update the information for the series
- Single Event: Will only update that one event and no other events in the series be updated
- Edit Event Details
- Choose Save and Send
- Select x Number of Days in Advance and enter the desired Number of Days in Advance of the Start Date
- Click Send
