In the RequestTracker module, you are able to associate submitted tickets together that are similar. This allows you to easily monitor all related tickets.
Important Note
- All sales after July 1, 2020 will have this new version of Citizen RequestTracker (CRT™). If your contract started before this date, please view the information for the original CRT package.
Instructions
- Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker
- Open your desired Request Type
- Find the original ticket and make note of the Ticket Number
- On the related ticket, click Actions
- Select View Details
- Scroll down to below the Map display and in the Associated Requests field, enter the Original Ticket Number
- Click Associate
- Your screen should refresh, and you will not have to save
- Note: You will see the association on your other ticket as well.
