Change the Request Type of a Request (New CRT)

Occasionally it may be necessary to change the Request Type of a request. This is possible to do with published and archived requests.
Important Note
All salesafter July 1, 2020will have thisnew version of the CRT™. If your contract started before this date, please view the information for theoriginal CRT package.
Instructions
Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker
Select the Request Type with the request you want to edit
Click Actions next to the desired Request
Click View Details
Select a Request Type from the drop-down
Type the Reason for moving the request
Click Change Category and respond OK to the pop-up prompt
