Who can use this feature?
This article will show you how to add or remove Canned Responses in Request Tracker.
- All sales after July 1, 2020 will have this new version of CRT™. If your contract started before this date, please view information for the original CRT package.
- Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker
- Click on the category
- Click Actions
- Select Properties
- Select the Canned Responses tab
- Fill out the Title and Body of your Canned Response
- Click Save next to your Canned Response
- To remove a Canned Response, click Remove
- Click Save at the top of the page
