Background Colors in CivicSend

Background colors in CivicSend can be used to help to better distinguish one section from another. Appropriate color contrast will enhance the accessibility of your CivicSend messages. For more information about accessibility, visit our Accessibility section.

Important Note

This module may incur an additional cost, please contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.

Instructions

Navigate to Modules, Content, and select CivicSend
Send a CivicSend Message using the Template option
Select Section Type(s) to create sections in your custom template
To change the background color of a section, select the paint bucket button
Choose a background color
Select Done
View new background color

Good afternoon, when I select modules and then content CivicSend does not come up as an option. Do I need to upgrade my services?

Hi Bianca Rehmat, CivicSend is an add-on option. You can reach out to your Customer Success Manager to get it added to your site!
