This article will show you how to Export All Requests in the new Citizen RequestTracker (CRT).

Important Note  

  • All sales after July 1, 2020 will have this new version of the CRT™. If your contract started before this date, please view the information for the original CRT package.

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Modules > Content > RequestTracker
    navigate to the RequestTracker module
  2. Click Export
    export button
  3. Click Export All Requests
    export all requests button
  4. Open your file via browser instructions
  5. View all requests as a .TXT file
    view requests as a .TXT file

    Why can't requests be exported as an excel file? This is very hard to read as text.
