News Flash direct links from emails, SMS, and social media can now continue to direct to their content after items have been archived.
If enabled for your site by the CivicPlus Support Team, a user that goes to the URL of an item that is expired or archived will automatically be redirected to the most recent publicly visible archived version of the item.
To change the default for expiring links contact support.
To enable these enhancements, archives must be set to publicly visible.
