To continue offering you direct, efficient, and accurate on-demand technical support, we will begin to offer an interactive answer bot, available from within your CivicEngage Central solution. Use it to quickly search for and obtain links and resources to some of the most common technical support inquiries.
This feature will be released in Beta form for our customers starting November 1, 2021.

The interactivity of the widget where you are able to hide, move, and collapse the widget should not be impacted. You are also able to bypass the Answer Bot at any time by selecting "Get in touch", which will prompt you to go to a live agent, if any are online, or will offer the support form to submit a ticket.
