Notify Me - Alphabetical Order

This enhancement was part of the May 15, 2021 release.

Modules listed in the front end of Notify Me at /list.aspx will now be in alphabetical order, except for Notify Me lists that will remain at the top. This includes the module order for category subscription lists and the Available Lists dropdown.
