We're very excited about this! In the training webinars, it was mentioned that perhaps we'll have the ability to easily set up analytics reports for specific areas of a site (tracking our Parks & Rec department page and subpages, for example). Any update on this? Thanks!
Also, how can we set up reports for downloaded PDFs? I'm guessing this would be a similar process for Jason's question about tracking specific department pages and/or subpages?
Jason, we are in development of a solution in Google Analytics for tracking departments. I don't have much more I can share right now, other than it is in the works and we hope to have it completed soon.

Barb, document downloads are currently being tracked. They are under the Events. The article, Viewing Events Data in Google Analytics should help walk you through this.
Thank you.
Thanks, Jamie! I've had several folks internally ask me about it, so we'll be sure to put it to good use when it's ready!
I agree with Jason! This will be very helpful going forward.
