CivicPlus Support can provide basic data collection troubleshooting to determine if the issue lies with custom development done by CivicPlus or is a standard Google Analytics metric.
CivicPlus Support cannot provide how-to tutorials on a customer by customer basis. Your best resource is the extensive Google Analytics Help Center available online. CivicPlus Support cannot set up custom configurations: such as, but not limited to: Reports, dashboards, or settings within your Google Analytics accounts.
Customers should utilize both Google Analytics Help Center and CivicPlus Help Centers for CivicEngage Central and CivicEngage Evolve for questions on how to best use analytics.
