Follow a Help Center Section or Article

Articles and sections on CivicPlus Help Centers can be followed. When you follow an article or section you will receive an email notification when an update is made.

Important Notes

• For articles and posts, you will receive email notifications for new articles and posts in the section. For articles, posts, and comments, you will receive email notifications for all new articles and posts in the section as well as any new comments.
• You will not receive notifications when the content in the article or post is updated.

Follow a Section

1. Sign in to the Help Center if you have not already
   
   Note: If you have never logged into the Help Center before, you will need to create a new account.
2. Navigate to the section that you wish to follow
3. Click the Follow button
   
4. Choose a follow option from the drop-down list
   
   
   • New Articles: Receive email notifications when a new article is added to the section
   • New Articles and Comments: Receive an email notification when a new article is added to the section and when any comment is posted on an article within the section
5. To unfollow a section, click the Following button and select the Unfollow option from the drop-down list

Follow an Article

1. Sign in to the Help Center if you have not already

2. Navigate to the article that you wish to follow
3. Click the Follow button
   
4. To unfollow an article, click the Unfollow button
