Bulk Actions include:
- Publish: Publish draft documents
- Decline: Decline documents submitted for approval
- Unpublish: Unpublish documents to draft status
- Archive: Move documents to the archive
- Move: Move documents from one folder to another
- Delete: Remove documents
- Note: Documents must be unpublished before they can be deleted
Who can use this feature?
Instructions
- Navigate to Modules > Content > Document Center
- Select the folder and documents that you want to apply a Bulk Action to
- Note: Use the Select All checkbox at the top of the window to select all documents within a folder

- Expand the Bulk Actions menu
- Select a Bulk Action
- Publish: Publish draft documents
