On the Encrypted Forms Preparation Checklist, under the third box of helpful resources, the link to Site Properties Privacy Policy for CivicEngage doesn't work. (Ironically is comes up as not a secure site, but even if you ignore the warning and proceed to it, it comes up with a 404 error.)
