Copy a Theme

If you want to make a new banner that has the same format and layout as an existing banner, you can copy a theme in the Design Center.

System Administrators

 

Instructions

 

  1. Sign in to your website solution
  2. Navigate to Modules and on the Site Tools tab, select Design Center
    Design Center option in Site Tools menu.
  3. Select Theme Manager
    Theme Manager.
  4. In the top drop-down, select Theme Manager, then select:
    Design Center manager option's drop-down menu.
    • Home to modify the themes for the home page
      Design Center location theme menu home option.
    • Interior to modify the theme for interior pages
      Design Center theme drop-down menu interior option.
    • Simple to modify themes without a Feature Column and a left-hand navigation structure
      Design Center theme drop-down menu simple option.
  5. The page will refresh; click on the Actions menu
    Theme manager actions menu button.
  6. Select Copy Theme
    Theme manager action menu's copy theme option.
  7. Select a layout
    Copy Theme layout options.
    • Interior: New interior layout
    • Home: New home layout
    • Simple: A simple interior page layout, without a feature column and left-hand navigation structure
  8. Add a Theme Name
    Theme name text box.
  9. Click Save as Copy
    Copied Theme's save as copy button.
  10. Navigate back to Actions
    Theme manager actions menu button.
  11. Select Make Theme Active
    Make Theme Active on the Actions Menu.
